Please read these conditions carefully before using the spajobs.eu website. By using spajobs.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Jobseekers:

Spajobs is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. We will use our best to ensure that any information we obtain from you remains private. Spajobs collects information for the pursuance of jobseekers employment and to enable employers and recruiters to find suitable candidates.

Personal data. If you want to become our customer, we will ask you personal data (for example: name, address, e-mail, phone, etc.). Your candidate profile will be held on our candidate database. We use this information only with your permission, and only to provide you with the offers or services that are of interest to you. By registering on Spajobs portal, you agree that employers and recruiters can pay to access and search the candidate database for the purpose of recruitment. Personal data will only be used for job or job search. We do not post your personal information to third parties without your permission. Please note that Spajobs reserves the right to remove CV’s or candidate profiles that include any obscene or illegal content.
We do our best to allow only our employers to access our database. However, we can not guarantee that an outsider will not be able to access your CV if it receives access to our database – this can only be possible if the employer, after paying for the services and having access to the database, will provide this opportunity to an outsider.

Job applications. The information entered by you on registration together with your CV if included will automatically be emailed to the relevant employer or recruiter for consideration in respect of a specific job role.

Getting a job. Spajobs works as mediator between employers and job seekers. Therefore Spajobs can not guarantee that you will be invited to an interview or that the employer will offer you a job.

Updating information. Spajobs allows you to modify your personal data at any time. To do this, you need to login to Spajobs website and make all the necessary changes from here.

“Cookies”. We use cookies to help personalize and maximize your online experience on Spajobs. Cookies are small files that your browser adds to your computer’s drives. By using them, we will remember your username, password to identify. The result of all this is that we serve you much faster and you do not need to enter your user details every time. You always have the option to unsubscribe from auto-login. To do this, you need to configure your browser so that it does not allow cookies on your computer. However, if your computer is shared with other people, we recommend that you do not use cookies.

Employers:

CV Search. The client will be given access to a search engine to search for candidate CVs which match the criteria and filtering set by the client. Employer get to see all the CVs submitted in response, but then only need to pay for the contact details of the CVs wish to pursue. CV search access can only be used for recruitment purposes. Using CV Search for the purposes of marketing or direct selling to candidates is prohibited, and will result in the suspension of the account.

Advertising. Client shall provide sufficient details about itself and the vacancy to applicants including without limitation the client’s identity, the nature of its business, the nature of the role, the type of work to be performed, the commencement date, the likely duration, the hours of work, the location, the remuneration, the intervals of payment and benefits, and the notice periods required to be given and received.
By making the facility of this site available Spajobs does not guarantee any particular level of response or performance by those job seekers who respond to an advertisement.
As an advertising client there are three ways in which you can retain the services of Spajobs to help your business. You may advertise through a Standard, Silver or Gold Packages.

  • Standard Package: General listing. Client will be able to post 1 job advertisement. Advert will be live for up to 30 days
  • Silver Package: A service whereby the client’s job postings will be given greater prominence in job listings. Client will be able to post up to 5 job advertisements. Advert will be live for up to 60 days
  • Gold Package: A service whereby the client’s job postings will be given greater prominence in job listings. Client can choose 2x keywords to allow candidates to search effectively. Client will be able to post multiple job advertisements. Advertisement will be emailed to all relevant candidates the day it’s posted. Advert will be live for up to 90 days.

Payment. Client may make payment by on-line transaction through our secure credit line facility. Once a contract has been formed, Spajobs cannot accept any cancellation of the agreed services. No refunds will be given and outstanding invoices shall remain payable.

Termination. Spajobs may terminate your registration at any time. Your access to any part of the site can be ended at any time at our discretion. Client undertakes not to submit any material which is illegal, defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, violent, discriminatory, obscene or sexually explicit or which may adversely affect Spajobs reputation.

Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy is subject to change. It is your responsibility to check these pages when you use the website for any changes that may have been made.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Lithuania and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Lithuanian Courts in the event of any dispute.
